DELIVERY OPTIONS
We aim to ship every order out between 3 and 5 days. 

If an order hasn’t arrived – We guarantee delivery for all UK orders and international orders within our 3 approved shipping zones. If an order is lost to these locations a replacement can be shipped. If an order is lost outside of these locations, a new billable order must be placed for a re-shipment to occur.
 
If the customer has received an incorrect item mistakes can occasionally happen, we request a photo showing the incorrect item and once received a replacement will be shipped free of charge to our customer. 
 
Can customers cancel/change orders – Once an ordered has been processed through our system, we are unable to make any changes.

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail 48 hours with confirmation of delivery for all UK Orders.

Flat rate £2.99.

International Shipping
We offer a tracked and untracked shipping service. Using our tracked service, shipments to Zones 1-3 are all sent Royal Mail Tracked International.

If you use our tracked service, any shipments outside of Zones 1-3 we do not guarantee will be shipped with a tracked service, for this reason we cannot guarantee delivery and any lost mail will not be compensated.  

If you use our untracked service then no mail will be guaranteed or insured and we will not compensate any lost orders.

This covers all countries within the European Union.

£3.99 + £0.99 each additional item (Capped at £9.99).

Rest of World 

This covers all countries outside of the European Union.

£5.99 + £0.99 each additional item.

Capped at £9.99.

All prices exclude VAT.

Returns & Refunds
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund.

You should receive a confirmation email within a week of having returned the item but it takes longer sometimes.

Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.

For items purchased, you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase.

The item must not smell of anything like smoke or food. 

If your item is faulty, please complete and include the returns form with your goods when sending it back to us.

Please retain your proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse you the cost of the return for the faulty items.

This will be done once the return has been processed.
